What is included when booking an event?
We provide all of the ingredients, flatware, plates, and serving utensils. We are responsible for the setup and teardown of the area where the sushi is prepared and served.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions with proper notice. Please let us know your specific needs, and we will do our best to create a satisfying experience for everyone.

What types of events do you cater?
We specialize in creating memorable birthday parties, graduations, retirement celebrations, and other intimate occasions.

Do you provide bar service?
No, we do not provide bar service; however, clients are welcome to bring their own drinks.
What is your service area?
We are based in Costa Mesa, California and are happy to serve clients across Southern California.

Is there a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the day of the event. If canceled 30 or more days before the event: full refund of deposit. If canceled 15-29 days before the event: 50% of deposit refunded. If canceled less than 15 days before the event: deposit non-refundable
Cancellation must be made in writing (email or signed letter).​
How long does the event take?
Typically the entire experience takes 2-3 hours. There is about 1 hour of setup followed by 1-2 hours of service.
